Also assigned by the ITRI Chairman of the Board in 2015 to head TIEC (Taiwan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center) bringing the best startups from Taiwan to Silicon valley, through collaboration with the top accelerators in SF Bay Area! The committee established several collaboration contracts between ICL and companies in Taiwan and Silicon Valley on NLP, deep learning, SDN, etc.
