  Personally, I take pride in contributing to the management and delivery of quality Continuing Medical Education and learner experiences as part of the Clinical Education Dept. I strive to continually meet deadlines, meeting and at times exceeding expectations, and actively participating in initiatives that enhance our educational programs. Additionally, I implemented processes to: reconcile and validate the number of learners who participated in our CME activities; improve requests to support CME-related activities from other departments through an intake form; and created and maintain a 3-year data analysis report to see trends, predict outcomes, and understand differences in CME-related activities to drive decisions.In the ever-evolving field of education adaptability is crucial. I embrace change with a positive mindset and see challenges as opportunities for growth. My ability to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and organizational changes has contributed to the overall agility of our team. In addition, I also recognize that adaptation is not the same for everyone.
