- Works with clients (students, teachers, etc) through SalesForce to ensure everything functions properly on the operation front. - Relay issues, feature requests, and potential improvements to internal teams through JIRA. - Contributes to knowledgebase for Technology courses which support can use in the future. Some examples of my contributions to the knowledgebase are as followed: Installation Guides, System Requirement documents, FAQ documents for troubleshooting, Support Macros, and Support Training Documents.- Built & currently maintain the Technology course HELP pages which can be accessed by both internal and external users. These pages are mainly used to house forward facing troubleshoot FAQ documents and also provide other helpful resources to clients.- Courses supported: 3D Animation, 3D Game Design, Mod Design 2, 3D Character Animation, 3D Game Development, Adventure Maps, Mod Design 1 : Dimensions, Fashion Design, 3D Printing & Modeling, App Design, 3D Game Design

- Interacted with students (ages 8-14), camp teachers, and parents through Zendesk ticketing system to provide technology and customer support- Assisted with customer support/sales via Zendesk, Facebook, and phone- Maintained low ASA response times with high-quality, detailed answers- Helped to create many new macros to increase efficiency and quality of answers- Courses supported: Mod Design 1, Mod Design 1:Dimensions, Server Design 1, Character Animation 1, 3D Animation 1, 3D Printing and Modeling 1, 3D Game Development 1, Mod Design 2, Mod Design 1:Adventure Maps, 3D Game Design 1, App Design 1
