Tri-City Medical Center, Tri-City Hospice, Oceanside, CA 2011 to Present HOSPICE SUPERVISOR • Direct this turnaround and start-up Hospital based Hospice while rebuilding the operational infrastructure, recruit, hire and train new Hospice Interdisciplinary Team while providing exceptional End of Life patient care. • Increased patient census by more than 50% while building Hospital and Physician relationships. • Manage the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Medicare guidelines, Standards of Care and Deemed Status with JCAHO. • Developed operational systems for clinical management to include policies, procedures, documentations systems, orientation, in-service trainings and process improvement.• Drive the expansion of Hospice to include Palliative care through program development, and with the hiring and training of a medical support team.
