MathWorks is the leading developer of mathematical computing software for engineers and scientists. I worked on the MATLAB editor team, which had about 20 members.- Developed full stack production-level features on a large application that will be shipped to over a million customers- Designed project specifications related to use cases, requirements, functionality, and architecture. Specifications were reviewed with and agreed upon by team members- Collected data from user surveys and user testing in order to guide design- Developed unit tests so that the team could test my work after any future changes- Used tools such as bug tracking, version control, and a continuously integrated build system

- Developed a new Visual Basic application to provide faster and easier access to data from prototype wafer testing. Program was adopted across multiple engineering departments.- Used MATLAB and Visual Basic to write programs to post-process large amounts of raw data and generate graphs and statistical analyses.- Developed programs to normalize data across disparate systems to enable meaningful decisions on wafer design.- Prepared powerpoint slides comparing Qualtré devices to competitors’.- Tested and prepared demonstration devices with the VP of Operations that were then used in presentations to key investors.- Led project meetings to establish naming conventions within the shared file system and resolved naming conflicts across the engineering team.
