My research focuses on child welfare systems and social welfare policies for vulnerable children and families, particularly in Indonesia. Im currently working on my doctoral research to understand the transformation of child welfare institutions in Indonesia under the deinstitutionalization process. As a social work researcher, I work with PUSKAPA Universitas Indonesia. I have experience leading national-level research projects on child well-being, social services systems for vulnerable groups, and social care in Indonesia. I am a certified social worker familiar with working in programs for vulnerable families, young children, and people with disabilities. I am also a lecturer at the Department of Social Welfare UI, teaching undergraduate-level social work-related courses.
