Responsible for staff leadership, optimizing the metrics of growth, portfolio quality, and process quality for the St. Michael commercial loan portfolio and secondary market mortgage origination process.

Directed the East Coast operations of the Marine Division, training and managing five employeesservicing over 500 accounts. Managed monthly metrics of volume, liquidations, interest collections andcharge-offs. Directed weekly portfolio analysis meetings with the Account Management staff to reviewproductivity, assess risk, and provided direction with problem accounts. Achieved record growth for the Marine Division ($700 million) Accomplished the liquidation of over $500 million in Marine Portfolio assets after Textron announced it would be exiting the marine finance industry. Reported portfolio results to group level management. Reported on problem loans to TFC Executive Committee.

Underwrote prospective and existing credit facilities for two different divisions. Analyzed numerous factors including business and personal financial statements of prospective and existing customers,personal credit bureau information, Dunn and Bradstreet reports, and business volume estimates. Led the "Risk Based" project team that led to the creation of the "Hotlist", a credit and operations scoring tool that was replicated over 5 different TFC divisions improving efficiency in underwriting and management of new and existing accounts.Underwrote the Marine portfolio's largest contingent credit facility ($50 million). Promoted to Account Executive in 2006.

Developed new business leads through a combination of cold-calling and cultivating manufacturer relationships. Supported three different Textron Financial divisions.

Personally managed a portfolio of over 700 customer accounts, responsible for customer service, interest collections, sold product collections, and charge-offs. Supported two different Textron Financialdivisions. Achieved personal interest collections over 95%. Accomplished sold product collections under .50% of portfolio outstandings. Maintained bad debt charge-offs below .50% of portfolio outstandings.
