Nikki Sullivan is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Business Administration. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at Southern New Hampshire University, Nikki has displayed academic excellence, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and a Psychology Minor from Salem State University. Recognized for her outstanding academic achievements, she consistently made the Dean's List from 2016 to 2020.In her role as a Permanency Coach at Mount Prospect Academy in Beverly, Massachusetts, Nikki works directly with children and caregivers within the Department of Children and Families, aiming to stabilize families and improve overall well-being. Serving as the Vice President of the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group and as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Massachusetts Representative, Nikki actively contributes to fostering an inclusive environment.
