My role in the electrical maintenance department is to maintain, repair and troubleshoot all electrical components located on site: Automated system components including PLC's (Allen Bradley), VFD's (PowerFlex, Toshiba, Yaskawa, Danfoss, Saftronics), HMI's and EOI's. Experience interfacing with Allen Bradley RSLogix 5, 500 and 5000, Delta Motion RMC Tools (RMC150) and RMC Win (RMC100). Installation and calibration of a variety of sensors including temposonic wands, relays, limit switches, proximity switches and photoeyes. Exposure in USNR Yieldmaster G3 and Wanemaster optimization systems including installation and calibration of BL400 scan heads.Running EMT or rigid conduit for scheduled projects as well as pulling wire for runs that are mostly done with THHN while following NEC guidelines. Executing work orders in a timely and organized fashion. Improving work flow procedures by consistently initiating functional and practical organizational methods.
