In the Head of IT role, my main responsibilities are management of the IT team, overall infrastructure design creation, infrastructure and service management, operations management, mentoring, review for developers and contribution to JS for the Client Web Portal. Besides, my responsibilities include project management for several big projects.Infrastructure projects:- A geographically distributed traffic routing system has been developed and deployed.- A HelpDesk system has been implemented. - An IT infrastructure monitoring system based on Zabbix has been implemented.Software development projects:- A TMS system has been implemented.- Integration between TMS and WMS systems has been implemented.- Additional modules have been developed for the WMS system (notification and scheduled reporting module, integration with Client Web Portal, Equipment management module) Main achievements in this role:- Client Web Portal was created and published. Now it’s operating with around 30 clients per day.- Microsoft 365 tenant to tenant migration (150+ users, 100+ SharePoint sites, 300+ teams)- Client Web Portal was developed and deployed.- Created a microservice on Python for decoding 2D codes from scanned documents.

One of the biggest achievements here was the creation of a timesheet system on Oracle APEX (a system for project time tracking). It helped with the correct calculation of time and costs for all company projects which allowed the company to save resources and money.
