I joined the Keller Williams Heart of Atlanta Group in January 2022 to support the group's six Market Centers (Buckhead, Intown, Midtown, Decatur, South Fulton, & West Cobb) and three business centers (Rome, Cartersville, & Calhoun) encompassing more that 1500 real estate agents.I also began to support the Keller Williams offices just outside of Dallas, TX in Rockwall and Cedar Creek Lake Properties. With a strong focus on utilizing technology to differentiate our value proposition over other brokerages, I launched a network of 10 websites to support each office, our commercial division, and the ownership groups.I strategize and plan projects across all marketing verticals such as web, social, digital, communications, email, branding, print, online review strategy, video, and public relations.

I work as the strategic lead for all consumer-facing web development, front-end web experiences, and digital marketing implementations and then work with cross-functional teams to execute developed strategies.After gaining a complete understanding of what, who, and how our users (both customers and internal operations) will need to be able to operate within our web and digital environments, I work with all business stakeholders, creatives, SEO, Analytics, and Digital Engineering teams to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that result in an impactful experience for our users.Being in the mortgage industry, there is always the need to innovate from outdated tools, and, at EPM, I help curate the right systems. I then develop the data integration strategy and workflow and work with our development, product, and other teams to execute the plan.

The words used within Digital Content matter when attempting to convert on business KPIs and deliver the best overall user experience. Tracking and learning from all of these efforts is also equally important to knowing when and where said tracking leads to business successes.At EPM, I help curate the efforts to produce content for web, mobile, email drip campaigns, and other platforms. I lead the research, coordination, and editorial work of curators and writers. I make sure that all brand and style standards are implemented.I also will be implementing and managing the process and methodologies used to analyze content consumption data and to help craft and strategize future content iterations.

I will be taking a lead role in the development of a new website for EPM. I will be working within the Technology department but also working with the Marketing & Sales teams to meet all requirements of the project. I am excited to join the web development team.

Utilizing my event production background and ability to sell, I worked alongside the Strategic Equity team out of Bellevue, Washington in two roles. The first was to increase attendance at the annual event in Las Vegas. For this, I lead a team of sales individuals to call our past attendees.When the event was taking place, I was in charge of all audio and visual of each breakout room for the 4,000 people in attendance.
