Healthcare Consultant with 5+ years of experience in the optimization of facilities to deliver high-quality care to users efficiently and cost-effectively. I help organisations identify service procedures, needs, barriers and capabilities to strengthen national health services, predominantly in the infectious diseases field. Some examples include:• I ensured projects governance and coordination of resources for Global Fund and a British pharmaceutical company; allocated 400,000 USD among different activities aimed at strengthening national HIV/AIDS services in 7 countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. • I led a working group of British and Russian medical experts to develop recommendations to build more efficient systems for substance-related harm reduction services.
