I lead on all marketing and communications activity for the University's Sport, Exercise and Health division, including ongoing development and management of the content strategy, plus line management of the Social Media Assistant.As well as creating and managing content for the website, mobile app, social media, email and print, I have successfully developed and maintained working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Bristol Student's Union, the University's PR team and external photographers), to support delivery of the division's strategic priorities.I delivered a full rebrand for the division in 2023/24, including a complete redesign and content expansion of the University of Bristol Active mobile app (which has more than 30K users).Notable achievements (updated September 2024):⭐ 50% year-on-year increase in participants on the Bristol Run Series programme (which scored 'Excellent' on NPS) - I developed and implemented a comprehensive communications and content plan to promote the programme, as part of a wider Events and Comms team.⭐ 138% increase in peak monthly active users on the University of Bristol Active app - I devised an app-first marketing strategy and coordinated its execution.⭐ 100% increase in Instagram reach (totalling >92K users) and content interactions within the first 2 years of managing the social media content strategy - while also decreasing content output by 28%.⭐ 200% increase in event sign ups for a disability inclusion activity - I managed the delivery of compelling social media and email marketing content, which led to a higher conversion rate.
