In 2015, we became interested in vertical farming, and upon studying the market, we discovered that major industry players were utilizing artificial LED lighting. Recognizing the risk associated with potential electricity tariff increases in the future, we embarked on developing a system that could harness natural sunlight. By 2016, we had our first prototype, confirming its potential and inspiring further advancements. Additionally, we initiated the patenting process for our system.By 2017, our second prototype became a small pilot farm with several improvements, including new components in the motion mechanics, semi-automatic control system, and the application of new materials. The small pilot farm provided the confidence that we could scale our system, acknowledging the need for ongoing refinement and modernization.A full year was dedicated to calculations, drawings, construction, and in 2019, we launched a fully operational greenhouse spanning 1000 m2 with the potential to expand to 2000 m2. Our goals included expanding the product range and enhancing production quality and efficiency. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic, we made the decision to continue system operations and ongoing developments.Thanks to our dedicated work, we now possess patented technology—an entirely sustainable and automated system in which we have confidence and are ready to offer to the world. We persist in expanding our product range, improving production efficiency, and exploring other avenues.Notably, we developed our bio-complex, enabling us to eliminate the use of pesticides and fertilizers, thereby enhancing product quality and ensuring the safety of our workforce.Main experience: • Organizing product supply to retail chains and wholesale markets. • Promoting products in new markets across various countries. • Expertise in debugging logistics within the company and on the production side. • Leading scientific research and development in the agriculture sector. • Creating and improving new solutions, as well as successfully implementing them into operations.
