Preparetransportation and lifting plans.- Optimize shipping, combine many different shipping methods for good costs.- Manage risks in transportation and make Backup plans to control risks and ensure smoothtransportation.- Support the Factory and Sales team on shipping solutions to have competitive costs and meetcustomer needs.- Manage Sustainable projects for Vietnam and report monthly to APAC.- Build a Dashboard to track daily import and export goods, and shipping costs, OTD.- Training and safety guidance for contractors and drivers.- Manage contracts, shipping prices, make monthly shipping reports and confirm payment with3PL.- Check Daily the data system on SAP to ensure that delivery data is recorded accurately andcompletely.

- Receive orders from customer service, sales & plan transfer internal (5 factory), plan delivery in day, week for vehicle arrangement to ensure delivery on time based utilize transportation source available.- Follow inventory and update production plan, to ensure goods are always ready for delivery to customers.- Work and support to customer service team, sales, factory to give consulting services for companies’ Customers the best. Problem solving during a delivery.- Work out with 3PLs to arrange transportation schedule. Allocate orders according to the set proportions.- Manage a transporter consists of (driver, vehicle & safety record), regularly evaluate vendors performance (monthly, precious, year) to improve service quality transport.- Work with Procurement to support signing shipping contracts. Find the optimal shipping method, new a vendor to develop service & save budget.- Keep track documents, invoices and debts, Payment to freight for a vendor and ensure payment to on time.- Control contract, transport cost, freight.- Accrual transportation cost report monthly to Transport Manager.- Support calculate budget for transportation activities, warehouse, stevedore for the month and year.- Support new project to Transport Supervisor/Manager.
