• Sendai project- In this project I help in checking first 1000 new Swift model to identify defects that's come along with car after production and making reports of defects and send feedback to correct the defect.• Worked on different static station like Toe adjustment, Function check, Headlight adjustment, Appearance check, Drum and Brake test, Engine room and Under-body check, Shower testing.• Used to test car on two track like short road and long road in various condition to identify abnormal noise and overall car performance.• Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.• Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards.
