The design explores an organic roof form made from timber within which ‘pods’ under the roof control the differing internal environments.o Goodman International, Parque Empressarial de San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain – Two new buildings have been designed around a new feature lake with extensive landscaping. Completed February 2009o Adnams Distribution Centre, Suffolk – Sustainable Distribution Centre and office, First commercial use of lime/ hemp (walls) in UK; curved glulam beams in excess of 40m; a nature roof (5000m²); solar thermal and sustainable drainage. Completed October 2006o Fenwick, New Bond Street – New office building adjoining enhanced retail store. Proposals include extending and rationalizing the existing store layout.
