With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, and network security, I am a cyber and national security executive who leads with vision, innovation, and collaboration. As the Chief Operating Officer at Invictus International Consulting, LLC, I oversee the strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of a global company that provides cutting-edge solutions in cyber, intelligence, and technology to the U.S. government and commercial clients.Throughout my career, I have served in various senior leadership roles in the public and private sectors, including as the Acting Assistant Secretary of Energy for Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response; CIO of the Naval Intelligence and the U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence; the CISO of the State of Vermont; and the Federal Cybersecurity Lead at the White House. In these positions, I have successfully managed complex and diverse IT and security portfolios, delivered mission-critical projects, and fostered a culture of excellence and innovation. I have also earned multiple certifications and degrees in cybersecurity, information security, and technology, and I am currently pursuing executive education at Harvard Kennedy School and having recently completed a Master's degree in cybersecurity at Brown University. My goal is to leverage my expertise, experience, and education to advance the state of cyber and national security and to enable the success of my team, my organization, and my clients.
