• Preparing planning and technical drawings for statutory approval authoritiesusing AutoCAD and Revit• Developing parametric families in Revit to improve efficiency• Developing CAD/Revit libraries and AutoCAD/Revit sheet templates• Create a file naming policy for the company in compliance with BS 1192:2007• Creating 3D visuals for marketing purposes• Monitoring and quality checking all drawings from planning team prior tosubmission ensuring company’s CAD standards are adhered• Reviewing and preparing specifications, documentation and calculations requiredby statutory approval authorities• Monitoring and managing team’s KPI list and allocating new projects• Weekly reviews of KPI list with the Operational Manager and the PlanningManager• Weekly progress updates from local authorities, approved inspectors, watercompanies and structural engineers to eliminate possible delays on decision• Provide continuous support and training to all members according to operatingand quality standards
