• Administration of the Tax reporting process under US GAAP between different stakeholders (regions, HQ), Ensure compliance with ASC740 and FIN48 reported by entities (30+) including review and analysis of the reported tax charges, coordination of bridging from statutory to tax accounts for all NB entities• monthly tax roll-forward, tax expense and payment forecast• Group FAR checklists and GVC maps, Manage Quarterly/periodic and Post Close Transfer Pricing Price Adjustments• Ensuring timely update of internal distribution agreement documentation• Preparation of Group tax and EBT forecasts as part of the Group forecasting• Issue guidelines to the reporting entities for US GAAP compliant group reporting of current and deferred tax; Providing periodic internal trainings to regional Finance managers on Deferred taxation

Advisory for implementing IFRS reporting

- Perform duties of deputy CA,- Supervise and control team of accountants preparing Statutory and Tax reporting; - co-ordinate internal communication between Russian Statutory Accounting function and Tax, Legal, Treasury and other functions on Statutory accounting and reporting questions;- participate in Process description project and J-SOX project as a team member; - internal users consultations on complicated statutory accounting and document flow questions;- Design and implement process related internal policies and procedures (including internal controls). -communication with internal and external auditors.
