• Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels• Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth• Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies• Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand• Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)• Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels• Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results

• Develop target keyword lists.• Perform competitive analysis.• Analyze website architecture, content, linking and other factors to identify issues and opportunities for SEO.• Provide detailed, written recommendations to clients to improve website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.• Work with clients ongoing to assist with implementation of recommended changes, answer questions, develop SEO strategies, review planed projects for SEO factors, run and analyze reports, and other tasks that will drive ongoing improvement in client SEO positions.• Monitor and research industry trends related to SEO to continually improve knowledge and skills, and communicate new ideas and trends to clients and co-workers.• Work with a team of SEM and lead qualification specialists as needed to assist customers with overall search marketing programs.

• Primary point of contact to greet guests, address questions or concerns, and refer students to the appropriate resources• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries from students, faculty, staff and the general public by assessing their needs and providing accurate, timely, friendly, and professional email or verbal responses• Arrange for department and campus tours and meetings with faculty for prospective students and their families
