I have been fortunate in my career to have had the opportunity to work with exceptional people and be mentored and nurtured by executives that saw a creative and entrepreneurial spirit in me. Through their guidance, I was allowed to push my limits and explore uncharted waters but with a safety net which gave me the courage to develop skills I use today. During my first expedition,I developed IT solutions to capture data, identify and track competitors. I used online resources, to obtain facts and figures. Once the company began to utilize the data, new projects, new initiatives and increased sales followed quickly. I landed with new executives who also saw my passion. I co-created the 1st Annual Well-Serve Summit . Next I dissected critical data in an unfinished RFQ for “BP Thunderhorse project. We were awarded the contract. I moved to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. The devastation, displacement of people and illegal activities of sub contractors lead to a new project to educate homeowners in the construction process. I put on a trade show, and closed the show with hugs and thank yous from many families including Mayor Nagin.I then created an REO PP/Mgmnt company. I have found this environment to be the harshest of them all. Clients unsure of their needs, banks wanting everything for nothing and desperate homeowners caught in the middle. I was a District Mgr with GRDM Mgmnt. I am also Corp Trainer, Talent Acquisition, DB Admin and on occasion Relief Mgr.Currently I am the Business Development Manager at Syteline Pros. I am enjoying this role where I am bringing a company with innovative ideas to the IT industry!As a result of this chaotic trip, I am a recruiters nightmare. However, this has and continues to be the ride of my life!
