-Assist customers by directly troubleshooting and diagnosing fiber optic network issues-Utilize several Verizon propitiatory software to isolate specific trouble with equipment such as routers, ONT (optical network terminal), cable boxes, and voice switch-Facilitate trouble solution via detailed ticket creation -Coordinate with various departments such as Network Technicians, Dispatch Center, Field Tech Foremen and Customer Service to expedite resolution for repair -Assist in the provisioning/programming of orders for voice, data and video services
