• Supervising daily activities (daily routine as well extra requirement from internal Department and others) of a team of 5 staffs.
• Training and transferring CRM knowledge to teammates (SQL technique, CRM playground, CRM processes, Data base structure, pilot evaluation, ect.)
• Enhance team performance via practical sessions of Calibration and Quality Assessment
• Prepare document for CRM based table, from general approach to detailed logic
• Ensure outcome of reporting is reaching requirement of business user, reduce the risk of mistake to the lowest
• Work closely with various functional teams to translate business requirements into optimized semantic layers, reports and dashboards.

• Creating and maintaining Waterfall Reports which are the main sources for evaluating sales performance of Cross Sale products and customers’ behavior.
• In charge of MBR and GEXCO report (Monthly and Quarterly)
• Ensure the correctness of campaign and pilot preparation
• Responsible for logic of SDM (Selection data mart) which is the input data for SAS CM to create communication and selling campaigns.
• Rebuilding client segmentation after SAS go live to adapt with business requirement.
• Re-Build data mart for CRM to gather data from SAS

• Responsible for others performance analysis and ad-hoc analysis.
• Member of SAS Campaign Management project.
• In charge of Keboola project which is extracting, transforming and loading data from Oracle to cloud-based data warehouse.
• Enriching, maintaining and optimizing CRM data base which provides strong foundation for quick ad-hoc analysis and related regular reports.
• Responsible for CRM pilot: communication, pricing, and product which involving A/B testing design, test launching, monitoring and evaluating the results.
• Building report for Credit Card – new product line at Home Credit, to support business decision and monitor sales performance.
