• Appointed to this position following the acquisition of Nortel Enterprise by Avaya, reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager. Responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of multiple projects. • Coordinated construction of new sales studio, five meeting rooms, training rooms and a canteen to support the sales teams and channel markets with the sale of the company’s new portfolio. Acted as project lead, liaising with contractors to ensure delivery in line with quality, budget and timelines. • Successfully decommissioned Nortel Executive Briefing Centre and reorganised the Maidenhead office space in line with new business requirements. • Performed multiple projects to support internal restructures, including moving of equipment from sites across the UK.

• Responsible for ensuring the operational success of the Executive Briefing / Events Centres across three sites. • Played a key role, from the design and development of the sites through to ensuring the day-to-day seamless operation of the centres. • Led and developed a multi-disciplinary team which included: Security, Front of House, Catering / Hospitality and Cleaning.• Facilitated at briefings to ensure best-in-class briefing execution.• Managed annual budget of £750K.• Project managed installation of new demonstrations and equipment.• Established Events calendar to support high-end conferences, exhibitions and meetings through to dinners and parties• Liaised with relevant companies to build a virtual team of high-quality speakers and entertainers for each event.• Planned, delivered and facilitated at events for multinational audiences of up to 750 delegates.• Produced and delivered reports to C-level stakeholders. • Managed subsequent consolidation of the regional sites in 2008 to develop the European Executive Briefing Centre.

• Led team of 20+ Trainers responsible for delivering training within the Training Centres and to global customer base. • Planned course schedules.• Controlled annual budget of £1M. • Managed the full L&D cycle from Setting Development Strategies, Training Needs Analysis through Design and Writing of courses to Delivery within budget and in line with high-quality specifications for global rollout. • Organised Training Events for 1 to 1’s through to large scale events.
