I joined Moonbug at its inception, as a founding member of the management team. Moonbug acquired my previous company, Grass Roots Media, and my team transferred to create the Moonbug production department. Since then and under my leadership, the production department has expanded from 6 to 150 team members across London, LA, South Africa and Singapore. I oversee global production, from concept to delivery. My team creates content for AVOD, SVOD, music DSPs, linear programming, theatrical releases and L&M. In 2021, Candle Media, an American media company led by ex Disney heads Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs, acquired Moonbug for $3 billion dollars. As well as team management, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow, I am involved in client liaising (partners include Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Mattel, MGA) and M&A due diligence. Moonbug Entertainment has been named on FastCompany's annual list of the World's Most Innovative Companies for 2023 in the Film and Television categoryMoonbug properties include the world's biggest preschool brand Cocomelon, Blippi, Little Angel, Little Baby Bum, Oddbods, Amazon's Blippi's Treehouse, Netflix's Cocomelon Lane and Disney's My Magic Pet Morphle.

In 2016, I founded Property 165, a boutique property company specialising in property development and the rental sector. I was awarded New Property Developer of the Year at the Property Investor's Awards in 2017 as a result of the company's first deal being a two property, delayed completion structure.The company currently has properties across Greater London.

I formed Grass Roots Media with my business partner in 2006. The company grew under my leadership to provide video production services for some of the world's biggest children's AVOD brands ( including Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Little Baby Bum). This content garnered over 7 billion views. Whilst in my role, I was in charge of managing my team of 6, liaising with worldwide clients, producing up to 350 videos monthly and all the associated monthly business management and administration. In 2018, Grass Roots Media was acquired by start up company Moonbug Entertainment, which was backed by venture capital firms The Raine Group, Goldman Sachs and Fertitta Capital.

I started performing professionally in Australian television aged 7 and went onto train at RADA, graduating in 2011. I continued to work across film, television and theatre until 2014.

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert the musical originated in Sydney, Australia. In 2009 the production transferred to London's West End and I was part of the team that coordinated the move. I oversaw production logistics with a focus on marketing (advertising, front of house design, program layout and production) and specialising and overseeing ticketing (creating and managing daily reports, liaising with all ticketing vendors, analysing ticketing revenue). The production earned a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Musical whilst I was working on the show.

I was part of a team of three, responsible for executing the national marketing strategy across a portfolio of 25 UK theatres. I helped troubleshoot and advise on regional marketing campaigns, launch a new national loyalty membership scheme and was in charge of booking the annual national conference.
