The international tax advice that I have provided is varied and wide ranging, and can be summarised as falling in the following areas:Planning – advising on the tax implications arising from international transactions and reducing exposure to international tax, including advising on inbound or outbound investments, acquisitions and disposals, financing arrangements, repatriation of profits, Double Taxation Conventions, holding companies, share options and remuneration planningCompliance – identifying and minimising the UK compliance obligations arising from cross border operations and relationships, including assistance with issues such as tax clearances, transfer pricing, repatriation of funds, double taxation relief, anti-avoidance legislation, residence and permanent establishment issuesCo-ordination – where overseas taxation advice is required, this is co-ordinated through international relationships which have been established through HLB International and Praxity.Specialties: International Tax - assisting companies to expand and trade internationally.
