As a current member of the Home Credit PH - Collections Department, I play a key role in managing the department's resources (both human and non-human) and costs. I conduct performance rankings for mass employees, involving call center agents and field Collectors, to drive team productivity and excellence. Moreover, another one of my major responsibilities include extracting and analyzing data for Home Credit client promotions, determining the winners, and ensuring the integrity of the process. I also oversee monthly shift planning, balancing company needs with employee rights to organize daily work schedules and rest days for HCPH's collection call center teams. In addition, I spearheaded the analysis and implementation of a new pilot project focused on permanent work-from-home arrangements, particularly for provincial agents. I also manage the calculation, validation, and administration of monthly bonuses for support groups, ensuring fair and accurate compensation within the department.I am able to execute these tasks efficiently, alongside other minor and adhoc tasks, mainly through Oracle SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and Microsoft Excel.
