My key responsibility during my adult life has been the development of individuals and teams of talented, highly engaged leaders who then use their talents to foster associate engagement, customer satisfaction and community service within their teams. I grew up working in my Dad's business installing autoglass and automotive upholstery. I took that knowledge and was an autoglass installer in the field for many years before transitioning into leadership. I have 30+ years of leadership and sales experience with several national companies. I have developed and coached individuals and clients to help them grow to their full potential.With ever evolving workplace trends and culture through the years, I have continually worked to increase my education, most recently studying Organizational Leadership at Lewis University. I have learned to develop and change my leadership style, people and sales skills to ensure my teams are getting the best training and coaching they can receive. Teams I have led have won many awards such as one of the “Best Places to Work in New Mexico” 4 years in a row and consistently ranking high in Customer Service, Client and Associate engagement scores. I have won numerous awards for Sales, Productivity, Customer Service and Associate Engagement. I believe that giving back is just as important as receiving. I have devoted much time giving back to my community by volunteering on boards of directors and holding giving back team events such as cooking dinners at the Ronald McDonald House or packaging food at the local food bank. I am also very active on several committees and boards at my parish.
