A skilled planner and urban designer, Neil has a fundamental understanding the planning-design process enabling him to excel on interdisciplinary projects and deliver across work stages. He continues to expand a diverse portfolio of projects from transport orientated, mixed use development and large-scale master planning. Having just moved from London, he drove forward mixed-use developments, from Mayfair, to unlocking development, in London’s outer boroughs and estates. In 2017, Neil led the design team on London Resort, set to be a world class theme park. Working with both private and public sector clients, Neil has experience of complex urban settings, as well as addressing, rural challenges.He graduated top of his class at Cardiff University and left Savills in 2016 to join Farrells and, in 2018, further moved to Bristol to join Nash Partnership. Neil has a keen focus on accuracy, risk and value within urban design endeavoring to pursue the most appropriate, deliverable and value-added solutions. As a strategic thinker, he has a consistent record in project coordination to ensure requirements, individual stakeholder and technical interests are comprehensively and holistically addressed.
