Carreer Plannning LLC is a resource for students, university counseling services, and individuals. It helps guide students, alums, and others to achieve success and financial security in their career pursuits. Our approach is educational in that we work with our clients to help them identify their internal skills and then convert their natural abilities.

I established a social media role to promote the sociology department at Drew. In this capacity, I initiated and managed a department-wide Instagram account to showcase the accomplishments of students and faculty. Additionally, I partnered with communications to produce "Drew Stories" for publication on the website to feature the department's achievements.

As a team member brought on by the chair, I supported Drew's business department faculty. My duties encompassed assisting in the department's daily operations and addressing any arising issues. I collaborated closely with faculty and staff to ensure seamless teamwork and contributed to the department's overall success.

In this capacity, I collaborated with the business professor, provided course management support, managed administrative tasks, and facilitated seamless communication between the professor and Drew's staff and colleagues.

As the assistant to the sociology department, I empowered faculty members to support them in achieving their daily duties. This involved performing literature reviews, providing technological assistance, and ensuring their overall departmental experience was pleasant. I also collaborated with other professors and staff members to guarantee efficient daily.

In this capacity, I collaborated with the event coordinator and faculty to oversee the semi-annual business event. Furthermore, I facilitated communication with alumni and external guests to ensure the seamless execution of the event.

I supported the Director of Drew University's MAT program, which involved conducting literature reviews and organizing events. Additionally, I assisted in administrative responsibilities to improve departmental operations and support the faculty. This experience enabled me to understand university operations comprehensively and facilitated collaboration.
