In this role, I remotely supported a Mortgage and Lending Executive with administrative and marketing efforts. I managed and utilized the applicant tracking system, Lever, to evaluate 50+ candidates daily, sent a skills assessment, and scheduled first and second-round interviews on complex calendars.
