Waygate Technologies is a key data solutions provider with a strong purpose: “ensuring safety, quality and productivity for major industries around the world.” One of the world's leading suppliers of non-destructive testing (NDT) technologies and services. Offering a broad spectrum of X-ray, 3D computed tomography, ultrasonic and visual digital inspection solutions.

Led corporate portfolio strategy, deal origination, execution, including valuation, structuring, due diligence and negotiation, and integration planning for Baker Hughes. Reported to the Chairman and CEO of Baker Hughes, a GE company.

Oversaw global Mergers and Acquisitions and a member of GE Oil & Gas’ senior leadership team. Managed portfolio strategy development, deal origination and execution (scouting, valuation, structuring, due diligence, negotiation and process management) as well as acquisition integration planning.

Originated and led a broad range of acquisitions, strategic alliances and dispositions in the global infrastructure and services industry, including large transactions in Europe, the United States, South America and the Middle East.
