I am an experienced engineer who has worked in several Project in Spain with a 16 experience years.At present I am employed as Construction Manager in several edification and industrial building. Before I was working recording of success overseeing all phases of construction projects for public and private sectors clients. I worked also in Saudi Arabia for the last year working in several public projects and in Tanger in a Royal Palace.Experience includes variety of building projects( residential, industrial, hotel, restoration etc…) from design to hand over, including all the phases.I am a very open minded and a strong creative person that knows how collaborate across functions and situations with well-developed skills of leading teams.Over the years I have learnt to solver a self-motivated problem.Key Skills:- Proactive Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.- Technical and economic management of projects.- Planning supervision.- Hiring and organizing subcontractor.- Management and leadership work teams.- Budget and work certificates of project.
