When the Covid pandemic hit, I increased my commitment to exercising as a way to centre myself and clear my mind. I meditated and journaled. And then, I stumbled across Qigong – an ancient Chinese form of mindful exercise – and fell in love. Practising Qigong every day made me feel relaxed, engaged, and excited. As my progress and interest in Qigong grew, so did my idea. And so, Luminal Space was born. I created this business as a way to share my passion for the mindfulness and clarity Qigong has given me and to give people just like you the tools you need to cultivate positive energy, manage stress and anxiety, and be genuinely more fulfilled.
