The Nederland Board of Trustees (BOT) serves as the legislative and governing body of the Town of Nederland and is comprised of individuals with a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, values, opinions, and goals.

I provide consulting services to them on how to best develop and implement the learning engine to deliver dramatically enhanced learning outcomes and improve organizational bottom lines. Managed and designed educational programs for international and domestic residents, ages 2-65, for social and emotional growth and community engagement. Also, educated individuals and their families on how to access community resources.

Volunteered to coordinate a large-scale recycling program in CSU's 450 off campus family housing units, University Village. Coordination included training, marketing, promotions, brand design, and consistent collaboration with CSU's Facilities Managment.
