 Leading a team of engineers for testing of Permanent magnet synchronous Generators, Power Converters, Pitch and Yaw and Turbine control systems for MW class wind turbines.. Leading a production team for Manufacturing of Permanent magnet synchronous Generator, Pitch and Yaw control systems, Power converters and Turbine control systems in MW Class Wind turbines. Design of advanced control and power panels. Design of Power electronic Drives and other customized industrial automation systems. Indigenizing control systems using cost effective and locally available components.  Manufacturing cycle management using SAP. Validating the commissioning of wind turbines. Post commissioning Power system optimization. Preparation and interpretation of Electrical and mechanical drawings for specific projects.  Organizing the procurement of all tools necessary for production.
