Responsibilities: - Manage a staff of five Support Analysts. - Support a client base of approx. 1000 users – local and Interstate - Provide Primary liaison and customer service to the Business IT user community - Support the business by managing the SLA with the customer and ensuring commitments are met. - Provide effective Incident and Problem management resolution using automated tools and knowledge base systems. - Respond rapidly to user requests and logged incidents. - Provide production support for Banking applications and services. - Provide management reports and metrics on support activities. - Offer feedback to the development and design team. - Incident Management - from commencement to closure working together with support groups and escalation to IT Executive staff & management. - Setting up failover and recovery provisions - Facilities management – responsible for main computer room Alerting and Air-conditioning systems

Responsibilities:•SPOC for approximately 1000 users across Australia with 80% user problems fixed telephonically or by remote access using Novell Z.E.N. works and DameWare. •Level 1/2 support•Maintain and troubleshoot Netware 6 / e-directory and GroupWise 6.5 Email system•Maintain helpdesk database •Maintain daily backup procedures - Archserve & Veritas Netbackup•Offsite PC and network support when requested.•Troubleshoot and support MS Office 2003•Troubleshoot and support Netware 6 •Troubleshoot and support communications equipment eg. Routers, switches hubs etc.•Setup and configuration of all hardware (PC.s –Desktops & Laptops, Network Printers, scanners etc.) -Configure printers – Network LAN/WAN, -Netware 6 NDPS IPP Printing -Netware 6 – server build and support -Windows Server 2000/2003 – build and support -Active Directory – build and support -Exchange server 2003 – build and support
