As a the head of the West African Faculty in International Management Training Consortium, I was a non Executive Director in charge of growing the training and consulting business of the consortium in West Africa. I supervised the set-up of centers in Lagos and Accra and also gave direction to the team that created liaison/agency offices in Liberia, Gambia and Sierra Leone. We were able to expand IMTC capacity development capacity of the consortium to 90% of the Anglophone West African countries.I was also one of the pioneer non-executive director of the consortium in United Kingdom and was one of the two directors that enabled the registration of the consortium in SA and set up the new HQ Training Center and Guest Houses in Pretoria, South Africa. I have also contributed to training program customization or trained more than 67 different organizations in 13 countries during my stint in International Management Training Consortium
