NOW is charity contemporary art festivalI am the founder of the project, chief curator, perform the functions of general, executive, creative producer (if necessary, line producer), project manager. I am fully responsible for the project from the idea, concept, development, team recruitment, search and approval of partners, location, contractors to full realization, post production, analytics and further strategic planning. I manage all communications with partners, search for financing, budget realization, building international relations, work with a really big internal team and outsourced team. And I do a lot of other transcategorical things :)NOW is a one-day charitable arts festival showcasing contemporary works of art, featuring a short film festival and the overall exposition (painting, drawing, collage, textile art, sculpture, installation, photography, poetry, video art, digital art, light art) , the project art exposition (artists or groups working on a specific project or theme over an extended period to have space for independent exploration) The festival also features a performative program, party with DJ sets, sketching area- 711 square metres full of art- Over 1500+ guests on NOW Festival.- 70 artists took part, 40 of them from Georgia.- 10 pieces of art were sold at two festivals.- More than 3100$ was raised for refugees from Ukraine, Abkhazia, and the Tskhinvali region

Tetrika is an online school of additional education for children in all school subjects (from preparation for school to preparation for final exams)Relevant tasks:Designing a system of staff training and development (text) and creating all presentations (visual), setting tasks for the creative team to create materials for introductory lessons (lead magnet), forming and testing hypotheses for creative materials for introductory lessons, creating and maintaining a knowledge base (Notion). Setting KPI plans, calculating salaries. Strategic planning. Working with a team of trainers, performance testing, conducting professional development trainings, analytics. Hypothesis generation and testing, forming working groups, talent review, team building. Training:Designing and conducting initial training, employee adaptation (onboarding) (development of adaptation system), control of acquired knowledge (development of certification systems).Development:Developing a system for selling new products, writing scripts, checklists, sales methodologies, creating and maintaining a knowledge base for managers. Development of personnel development training, identification of current problems and difficulties, training managers in sales techniques (individual meetings, cross-meetings, group training, role-playing games). Introduction of new sales tools. Team building. Quality control: Development of quality control system, evaluation system(ballot system). Monitoring. Collecting and analyzing data on sales quality. Formation of hypotheses on the basis of analysis, testing of hypotheses, analytics after, formation of conclusions.
