- Supporting the Talent Consultant team by creating profiles from scraped data, recruiters, current jobs, or new target positions - Sourcing quality candidates to meet hiring needs in a timely manner - Reaching out to candidates to interest them in opportunities and obtaining their latest CVs - Executing the sourcing/screening process efficiently and maintaining an organized candidate pool - Providing support on administrative matters and regularly updating the ATS/manual systems

Recruitment- Creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling and confirming interviews with shortlisted candidates;- Ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process. C&B- Implementing monthly timekeeping, tracking annual leave, and OT for internal employees;- Sending monthly payslips to employees;- Handling issues related to social insurance and taxes.Admin- Drafting and managing contracts for employees;- Supporting in the adjustment of processes related to Human Resources;- Managing letters, ordering stationery, office tools & equipment, F&B, and making office expenses;- Printing, scanning, and storing contracts and documents;- Organizing events such as monthly birthdays, year-end party, and other related events;- Implementing other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Preparing and managing all items required for events.- Communicating with suppliers to reach the best deals of items.

- Processing student data (scanning, storing, and entering student transfer records).- Updating student transfer progress status.- Entering and sourcing information of Top-Up students.- Managing and ensuring the information of transfer students is up to date.- Preparing relevant documents for the Intensive English program.- Maintaining office stationeries.- Assisting in preparing contracts for visiting lecturers.- Responding to the student's or lecturers' queries. - Other tasks when required.
