This involves compliance to applicable regulations, alignment with reporting requirements and international standards for SHEG in the jurisdictions that the company operates. Develop a group strategy, standards, targets, and objectives for SHEG across the group and collaborate with operational teams to align and implement programmes𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀⇒ Develop, manage, and have an oversight on a group strategy, standards, targets, and objectives for environmental, health, safety and security across the group and collaborate with operational teams to align and implement.⇒ Implement and manage the stakeholder engagement with competent authorities on environmental, health, safety, and security across the Group.⇒ Participate in the stakeholder engagement with Group key partners for Group Projects:o Minority Shareholderso Community Trusto Public Participation⇒ Collaborate closely with the head of departments to support Group objective of going beyond compliance such as the Group Sustainability Manager.⇒ Support and advise the operational SHERQS teams to scope and implement SHERQS management systems.⇒ Manage the standardization of SHERQS reports from all the operational and development sites.⇒ Continually improve SHES reporting-data integrity to help prepare the company for comprehensive independent assurance of corporate reports within a reasonable time frame.⇒ Prepare board reports on SHERQS matters.⇒ Take the environmental, safety, health and governance lead on due diligence processes initiated by potential investors, clients, and financiers.⇒ In collaboration with senior leadership, develop appropriate goals, metrics, and process for measuring the Company’s performance SHERQS and governance.⇒ Support the Group Sustainability Manager with the completion of SHES sections in ad hoc ESG questionnaires.
