I am the founder and Executive Director of Úrú Collective, a speaking talent agency that bridges the gap between the vibrant Middle Eastern and African markets and various industries, such as tech, music, economics, and more. With a Master of Arts in Music Industry from the University of Miami and a passion for African and Middle Eastern music, I launched this agency to create opportunities and platforms for talented speakers from these regions, and to promote cultural diversity and exchange in the global arena.As the leader of Úrú Collective, I oversee the daily operations, budgeting, and performance analysis of the agency, ensuring optimal efficiency and sustainable growth. I also spearhead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with talent, clients, and partners, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills. In addition, I collaborate with renowned companies and their teams, such as World 50, Google and Spotify, offering cultural consultation, project management, and campaign strategy development. I leverage my expertise and insights to help them succeed in diverse and dynamic markets, expand their global reach, and increase their impact.My cross-cultural and international educational experiences have enriched my perspective and enhanced my skills. I am a Fulbright alumna and a former English Teaching Assistant in Algeria, where I gained valuable exposure and knowledge of the Algerian culture and education system. I am also a Bonner and Gilman scholar, reflecting my commitment to civic engagement and cultural sensitivity. I am fluent in English, Igbo, French, and Arabic, and I enjoy volunteering and event planning. My goal is to continue to grow Úrú Collective and to make a positive difference in the world through music and culture.
