With my current role as an IT and business solutions expert, I wear many hats and operate at various levels of the organization, with which I have achieved the following results:- I am recognized as the national-level SME/PPOC vis-à-vis the IBM-GBS TRIRIGA application portfolio:(a) I helped transform the IT landscape of a Swedish public health organization by assuming the product ownership of the TRIRIGA Operations and Maintenance application.(b) I initiated the development of a TRIRIGA Space Management application for a Swiss-based electrical equipment industry organization.(c) I pioneered the TRIRIGA Contact Center/Service Request application for a Danish facilities and services company.- I was commissioned by a Danish logistics firm to revolutionize state-of-the-art design and implementation roadmap where I converted business needs into functional requirements and enabled the validation testing of business-critical systems.- Leading a team of six as a project manager, we were able to secure the accelerated availability and response times of four business-critical applications.
