At Capital One Investing, I collaborated with product owners, business analysts, quality testers, backend engineers, architects and designers on an agile team. An example project was building an E-commerce site for StoryvilleCoffee company where we went from a flash based website to an all new modern cross browser and device agnostic application.● I spent some time writing and discussing functional and technical documentation, conducting usability interviews, and creating a fresh UI that employed user-centered design principles, web standards, and AJAX technologies● As an early member of Engineering Usability team, I took an active part in development of the team and the usability lab. I maintained HTML code guidelines, provided optimal design and processing as well as suggestions for strategic and process improvements.● While I Ratio, I dabbled in various modern(at-the-time) frameworks like backbone, angular, mongo. I had to learn different new skills based on the client project at hand.
