As a key member of the data collection team, here is my responsibility:- Frequently working across nearly 20 services with complex business logic, utilizing a wide range of technologies, including custom-built ETLs, Caching, Event-Driven Streaming, Kafka Connect, Avro, S3, Lambda, Redshift, and etc.- Implementing new data collection flows for advertising platforms such as Amazon, Nextdoor, Linkedin, Beeswax, Pinterest and etc.., including investigation, WBS creation, scope management, deployment, monitoring, and release planning to ensure smooth production launches.- Upgrading existing data collection flows to align with advertiser platform updates, most recently completing a major upgrade for Amazon.- Providing direct support to users and resolving issues, concerns, and bugs during operations in the production environment.- Identified and recommended system enhancements to prevent potential security vulnerabilities.- Sharing knowledge on topics and data flows within the project to enhance team collaboration.- Mentoring new team members and providing support in resolving technical issues.- Building internal tools using Bash to streamline and reduce repetitive tasks.And much more.
