- Subteam of Event Team- Search for a suitable venue according to the nature and quantity.as well as previously planned event content.- Together with the Content Team, come up with ideas and execute event organization work (SSOL).- Contact to arrange support personnel: MC personnel, slide press personnel, check-in personnel,... for events.- Organize training for support personnel.- Finalize costs after the program is completed.

- Vice-head of Logistics Team- Directly participate in idea generation and direction planning activities related to the Events team.- Manage and coordinate funds during the event.- Prepare all items and furniture included in the campaign.- Make a budget estimate table after having complete content.
