Nnoli is a seasoned C-level executive with deep cross-sector experience spanning oil and gas, engineering services, high-tech fabric care, legal and arbitration services and management consulting. In the last 36 years, she has gained local and international exposure, and developed competencies in management and strategy, business process engineering, organizational development and change, as well as, entrepreneurship development. Her areas of expertise also include executive coaching and mentoring and international partnerships. Until 2014, she was technical planning manager for Shell Exploration and Production Companies in Nigeria, where she was responsible for executing high impact, mission-critical projects, including crafting a 10-year business plan for two Shell subsidiaries. Prior to this, she had led the delivery of several large-scale infrastructure projects running into hundreds of millions of dollars. Nnoli currently leads high performing senior leadership teams delivering the mandate of an engineering consulting company and an ultra-modern fabric care company spread across locations in Nigeria. She is an advocate for females in STEM and has mentored several females to leadership positions in various sectors. Her not-for-profit activities also includes empowerment programme for indigent Nigerians, with special focus on widows.
