During the last few years including pandemic period, I've faced with a lot of regular and unique challenges, which granted me quite complex experience, which might be implied, adapted and scaled to other landscapes and circumstances. There are some of them: - HIRING: Define candidates' true maturity level and adaptation capability; hire on the period of empty market, high demand, increased compensation expectations, and hire with warrantee of candidates further successful staffing and production work. Present EPAM benefits more valuable than unmet compensation expectations, deal with competitors and counter-offers. Approach risky hiring (candidate with bold gaps). Hire and adapt 10+ BA within 3 month. - STAFFING: Find, negotiate and assign my subordinates to the best and suitable positions even in the period of decreased demand. Controversially, supply people to project to satisfy increased demand. Staff BAs and be responsible for their project performance even when they have some bold gaps, like: narrow experience and lack of broader vision, system analysts only and lack of soft-skills, no agile experience and teamwork, juniors without project experience, poor level of English and no cultural awareness. - ROTATION: Negotiate with projects to rotate assigned BAs including rotations of critical people. Negotiate with BAs in order to retain them on the project where their skills are essential. Come up with seamless handover plan. - Passed Epam internal international unified assessment for the title - A Head of Epam Unified Assessment Committee

- DEP, e-com and Life-science domains- Able to on-board and take ownership for a new scope in a short time due to regular project change in service IT-company- Perform different roles, such as a single BA, a BA team lead, BA coordinator between few development team, a BA as a shared service, a PO and a consultant. Also hold PM responsibilities for few months on implementation phase.
