The Children’s University is a scientific and educational project run by the Moscow Polytechnic Museum. It's the place for children to meet modern science. Aimed at the students aged 7-14, it involves hundreds of actual scientists from different fields of science and research, and applying active teaching methods, they enable children to follow their passions and develop their interest in science. Университет детей Политехнического музея — место встречи современных ученых и специалистов в разных областях науки с детьми 7−14 лет, которым не хватает школьной программы. Лекции, воркшопы и развивающие занятия ведут ученые, преподаватели вузов и эксперты из разных научных областей. Занятия проходят в аудиториях крупнейших вузов (Высшая школа экономики, МИСиС, Московский Политех). Темы простираются далеко за рамки школьной программы, а расписание студенты составляют для себя сами, исходя из того, что им интересно. Всего существует четыре возрастных направления — «Энергия» (7–8 лет), «Импульс» (9–10 лет), «Динамика» (11–12 лет), «Векторы» (13–14 лет).
